Prepared graduating Australia Awards scholars to leaving Australia and returning home!

Through a mixture of face-to-face and online delivery, Australia Awards Scholars who are graduating mid-year attended the Laos Australia Institute’s two-day Reintegration Workshop last week.

Adelaide was the host city for this workshop which provided an opportunity for participants to reconnect and prepare themselves for their return home.

Adaptive leadership, being a GEDSI change agent and reverse culture shock were some of the topics discussed. The workshop was also an opportunity to showcase the Laos Australia Alumni Network to new members.
